We’re aware of an issue affecting some IP ranges when sending emails to Microsoft, AOL, Gmail, and Yahoo recipients. We’re actively investigating and will provide updates below.
Update - 05/01/2026:
We’ve been working closely with AWS and have begun migrating our mail relay to their platform. Contracts have been signed, and we’re expecting a further update from them within the next 24 hours.
